Order Processing and Status Reporting

The status of one's orders can be seen by clicking the [Order Status] button that appears on the menu at the left side of each page.

Order status changes will be automatically sent by email.

Almost all orders are filled on demand from our highly-responsive supply line. Our catalog represents the combined catalogs of all of our suppliers. This yields substantial benefit to our customers:

A very large selection.

A very high delivery efficiency. Our overall fill rate is now running at between 97% and 98%,

Very low prices.

The normal processing of any individual item involves three stages: In Process, Filled, and Shipped.

In Process

The item is on demand from our supply line.

*Filled

The item is being transferred to our warehouse.

Filled

The item is ready to be shipped.

Shipped

The item, and all other filled items from the same order, have been shipped.

Pick Up

The item, and all other filled items from the same order, are ready for or have been picked up.

Special Order

The item initially was out-of-stock throughout our supply line, and as instructed when the order was placed, we are holding the order up to 30 days to try to fill this item.

Regretfully, though, some items may be out-of-stock.
