Except for items marked "non-returnable non-cancellable", unopened videos and dvds, and non-import, unopened items may be returned within 60 days of purchase, (with prior authorization) for a refund of the purchase price less a restocking fee of the larger of $1 or 10% of the purchase price.
Non-import items (except items with "special order" status) which are cancelled before shipment are subject to a restocking fee of the greater of $1 or 10% of the purchase price per cancelled item. Items with "Special Order" status, import or non-Import, may be cancelled at any time on request with no restocking fee.
To cancel an item or an order, Please send an email to questions@cdconnection.com. Please identify the order or item to be cancelled, and please acknowledge the restocking fee.
Restocking fees do not apply to orders paid by check or money order until (and unless) payment is received.
All returns require prior authorization. To return any item for a refund, please send an email to questions@cdconnection.com, identifying the item to be returned, and acknowledging the restocking fee.
