Progressive-New Age-Roadhouse-Boogie-Blues-Rock It occured to the Bone Brothers while attending Boogie High that they had to form this band. While they struggled with the three R's (reading, 'ritin, and 'rithmatic), they excelled in the three B's (blues, beer, and babes). Now this didn't make Mama too happy, but fortunately Bone Daddy had their back. He took 'em to his crib, learned 'em old school grooves, and then he turned 'em loose.Ultimately we are a blues rock band, but we have traveled a different path than many blues bands do. We have played in hard rock, metal, jazz, funk, R&B, and soul bands. We have stumbled our way back to our roots, and it feels like home.Recent accomplishments:10/07 Released debut album 'Boogie Bone' 10/13/07 Saxophonist Steve Snyder (Shock) inducted to the Oregon Music Hall of Fame 11/15/07 Album debuted on the Roots Music Report at #39 Has received spins on over 250 radio stations4/2/08 Opened for Coco Montoya5/15/08 Opened for Rick Estrin and The NightcatsFestivals Headlined:6/9/07 North American Organic Brew Fest Attendance: 2000+7/4/07 Blue Lake Park Fourth of July Celebration Attendance: 5000+7/4/06 Blue Lake Park Fourth of July Celebration Attendance: 5000+The Bone Bros:HowlinA??
