2009 live archive release. Rockpalast was, and remains, one of Germany's most popular music television shows since it debuted in 1974. Commander Cody was the guest on July 1st, 1980. Art student George Frayne had already reached cult status with his band Commander Cody and His Lost Planet Airmen. Their music consisted of Boogie, Rock 'N' Roll and Country (albeit the latter not of the 'perfect world' variety but with an edge), all performed with high spirits. The audience enjoyed a cheerful performance which had them all move their limbs. 17 tracks. SPV
