Devious : Domain

After its establishment in 2000 by Frank (drums) and Guido (guitar), the band gave a lot of crushing performances in The Netherlands and beyond. In the current line-up, Devious shared stages with bands like Vader, Darkane, Crowbar, The Dillinger Escape Plan, God Dethroned, Malevolent Creation and Dying Fetus.Devious first full-length album Acts of Rage was released on July 7th 2003 by Spitzenburg Records. Acts of Rage received praising reviews and was received very well by press and public.In March 2006, Devious did a European tour with the Brazilian death metal pioneers Krisiun.Devious recently released their second album Domain. With this record, Devious again proves to be a first class act in the extreme metal genre. On this album, Devious combines modern death metal with its original thrash roots in a unique way, with an emphasis on groove and variation.This new masterpiece does not only feature 12 brutal tracks of grooving terror, but also a music video for the track Room 302. Domain was released on February 1 2007 through Deity Down Records.
