 Notes & Reviews
Purely Wonderful, funky, cool and just toe tapping.
- John Bourchier, 05/12/2015, Australia

Brings back happy memories!
- David Bennett, 01/22/2008, United Kingdom

Essential for Steely Dan fans. Great album.
- Louiex457, 06/26/2003, USA

Better off with the real DAN.
- Bryan Allen Adams, 10/31/2002, USA

Mild, sleepy, shiny, cynical; it has a story and gets around to telling it in its own sweet time -- all Steely Dan Albums are alike and each has its own character -- this is the one Becker isn't on. Like the others, its excellent.
- John Swinney, 04/10/1998, USA

Enjoyable listening.
- Clovis A Salviano, 05/23/1997, Brazil

Fagen is a great songwriter; and this album is well mixed/produced. Some wandering vocals but all in all good (but short!)
- David Warhol, 05/18/1997, USA

After the breakup of Steely Dan in 1981, Fagen set to work on this critically acclaimed solo debut, which would peak at #11 on the Billboard charts on the strength of the hit I.G.Y. (What a Beautiful World) and it's follow-up, New Frontier. Also includes the jazz-based tunes Green Flower Street; Ruby Baby; Maxine ; the title track, and more.

Green Flower Street
Ruby Baby
New Frontier
The Nightfly
The Goodbye Look
Walk Between Raindrops
