Wow. Tough to say here as far as where this stands overall in Jimi's legacy. 'Machine Gun' is Jimi's live genius personified.

Very good. Shows the band stretching out on some very interesting tunes, like 'Izabella'. The other version of 'Machine Gun' is astounding.

The sound quality is superb. For the completist, a must. BUT, this disc is still missing tracks from the original domestic (US) and import (UK) release, which I have. Also, both discs are roughly 55 minutes in length and easily could have had the afore mentioned material. For the first time, the family held back material.
