 Notes & Reviews

Jonathan Brown is a guitarist born in Nashville Tennessee. He has opened The Grand Old Opry at The Ryman Auditorium, played guitar in the hit tv series 'Nashville', and appeared on Mountain Stage Radio Show. His music is influenced by Chet Atkins style guitar and just about every kind of music that you could think of. This first record of his consists of seven original instrumental compositions, one cover of 'When I'm 64' by The Beatles, and one vocal track listed as a bonus which features country music singer Kathy Mattea on Harmony. Almost everything on the record was cut live with cello, mandolin, guitar, and stomp box the old fashioned way. Former member of The Dillards Jeff Gilkinson is on the cello and Steve Peavey on mandolin. Jonathan's website is officialjonathanbrown.com and he is professionally represented by 1680pr Global Public Relations.
