Love it.
- Darren Davies, 11/14/2006, Australia

Great southern boogie.
- David Z Hardy, 11/23/1999, England

This is the second recording from Lynyrd Skynyrd. It is one their strongest, just a notch below =Street Survivors=. Even if you are not a fan of Southern rock, this is a must have recording. Ronnie Van Zant's Southern howls are classic and the three-guitar setup works to perfection on most tracks.
- John Bourhis, 05/22/1998, USA

Skynyrd's most successful album ever, Second Helping centered on Van Zant's soulful vocals complemented by bluesy 3-guitar arrangements, back beat rhythm and boogie woogie-inspired piano; it is often cited as one of the finest rock LPs of all time. This remastered and expanded edition features the controversial gold single 'Sweet Home Alabama,' plus 3 bonus tracks: The 1st reissue of the single version of 'Don't Ask Me No Questions,' the demo of 'Take Your time' and an unreleased cut of 'Was I Right Or Wrong.'
