Richard Clayderman : Plays The Music Of Andrew Lloyd Webber

Metro's 2002 collection Plays the Music of Andrew Lloyd Webber features a Richard Clayderman collection of 13 Webber tunes from various recordings Clayderman has made over the years. It's unclear when these recordings were made -- the otherwise strong liner notes make no mention of the session dates, although they do provide good overviews of both Clayderman and Webber (the latter through the track-by-track commentary) -- but they're all of a piece: they're all good easy listening mood music that will please fans of Clayderman and those who like Webber's melodic sensibility. ~ Stephen Thomas Erlewine, Rovi
