Shonen Knife : Genki Shock

With Genki Shock, Shonen Knife, in this their 25th Anniversary year as a group, stay true to their `Ramone's of Japan' punk pop roots. Fans are calling the sharper edged Genki Shock their best album in years. Emphasis tracks include S-P-A-M (which is also the first video), Rock Society, Giant Kitty and the wistful track My Magic Glasses. The U.S. version has been re-recorded in English, features a new sequence and a new version of the album art with English lyrics in the liner notes.
