Somewhat lower key than some of their other albums, perhaps more consistent, musical quality here. The band is tight and if they didn't have those beards and those lyrics, they might be taken more seriously as a band, not that they're begging for it. =Deguello= also seems to me to be less derivative of boogie and blues and more their own things than the earlier albums.
