 Notes & Reviews
Their masterpiece.
- Mark Caruso, 12/03/2009, USA

This has always been a classic album, and the bonus tracks and enclosed booklet only make it better. The live medley, bonus tracks 'Naked Eye / Water' don't quite have the energy of other live releases of these (Isle of Wight, farewell concert video), but are still good. 'I Don't Even Know Myself' is another good bonus track that is the studio version of their popular live song. The 'Behind Blue Eyes' bonus track is yet another studio version of this song (Pete Townsend's early acoustic demo is also great), this time with organ. Then there are the usual great songs from the original album, with nice A.R.P. synthesizer and rock guitar mixtures on several songs like 'Baba O'Riley.'
- Mark Atkins, 01/21/2002, USA

The Who's best studio album. The bonus tracks on the CD are a welcome addition
- Jonathan Moss, 09/12/2001, USA

One of the best single albums of all time.
- Keith Mcgovern, 07/05/2000, USA

Remastered and remixed...a true gem and a must have! Throw your old one away.
- Barry Delfino, 09/08/1999, USA

One of the best recordings in rock history!!
- Giovanni Monti, 01/19/1998, Italy

I'm not sure how anyone could buy this album and not give it a ten? Did they expect Chad Mitchell?
- John Swinney, 11/09/1997, USA

The world's loudest rock band.
- Tommy Yoder, 08/27/1997, USA

Brilliant sound, great bonus tracks. However the mix on WGFA was a little annoying (the bass seems sloppy).
- Hugh Garsden, 01/02/1997, Australia

How about seven tracks added to that monster lineup of Baba O'Riley; Won't Get Fooled Again; Behind Blue Eyes, etc.?! 78 minutes of maximum R&B!

Love Ain't for Keeping
My Wife
The Song Is Over
Getting in Tune
Going Mobile
Behind Blue Eyes
Won't Get Fooled Again
Pure & Easy
Baby Don't You Do It
Naked Eye
