Our Guarantee

We guarantee that all discs that we provide will correctly play what has been recorded on them. We will replace any item which does not play correctly within 30 days of receipt with a working copy of the same item.

We also guarantee the safe delivery of all shipments for which the shipping address has been correctly and completely entered. Any such shipments not received will be replaced at our expense. (We cannot be responsible for shipments for which an incorrect or incomplete address is provided.)

Should an item not play correctly, please contact us - please identify the item and briefly describe the problem - we will provide instructions.
