Our shipping charges represent our direct shipping costs plus a minimal increment for associated expenses such as packaging, insurance, and handling.

Please note that UPS, FedEx, and DHL cannot deliver to post office boxes.

We make only 1 shipment (and charge only 1 shipping charge) per order.

We guarantee the safe delivery of all shipments for which the shipping address has been correctly and completely entered.

PLEASE BE CERTAIN TO ENTER THE SHIPPING ADDRESS CAREFULLY AND CORRECTLY. We cannot be responsible for the safe delivery of shipments for which an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided.

An incorrectly entered address may result in additional charges from the courier for address correction, for returning a shipment to us, and/or misdelivery of the shipment. Any extra charges made to us by the courier as a direct result of customer error or customer request will be charged to the customer who made the error and/or the request..
