Order Processing and Status Reporting

The status of one's orders can be seen by clicking the [Order Status] button that appears on the menu at the left side of each page.

Order status changes will be automatically sent by email.

Almost all orders are filled on demand from our highly-responsive supply line. Our catalog represents the combined catalogs of all of our suppliers. This yields substantial benefit to our customers:

We make only 1 shipment (and charge only 1 shipping charge) per order. When orders are shipped, their status changes to "Shipped", (or in the case that no items in the order were in stock, to "Closed").

The normal processing of any individual item involves three stages: In Process, Filled, and Shipped.

Regretfully, though, some items may be out-of-stock.
